How to Lose Weight Without Going Hungry
You can lose weight without being hungry, without pills or special dieting, and even without exercise (although it helps!). You don't need gimmicks or special equipment, and you can eat anything you want. Really.


Start paying attention to your body. - when do you get hungry? Why? When do you usually eat? Why?

1. Learn to recognize when you are actually hungry. Because if you don't, well, that's how you become overweight.

2. Keep busy so you only feel hungry when you have a significant amount of hunger, rather than being inspired to eat out of what is mostly habit or boredom.

3. Eat when you are hungry, but (and here's what makes this method work) only eat until you are no longer hungry. Most people eat until they are full, but that's not necessary. Eat slowly and you will give time to your brain to sense that you are no longer hungry

4. If you get hungry again sooner than you normally do, that's okay. Just go ahead and eat until you are no longer hungry. It will take a little time to get used to doing this, but once it becomes a habit, it's very easy and natural.

5. Don't eat out of habit or just because other people are choosing a certain time to eat.

6. Eat lean proteins such as fish, low fat cottage cheese, chicken, or whey protein (there are some great flavors available now). Protein is a big part of a healthy diet, and incredibly necessary to your weight loss efforts.

7. Add good fats to your diet. Monounsaturated fats have been clinically proven to help you burn fat, especially in your midsection. So, add foods like avocados, kalamata olives, walnuts, and flax seed to your diet, and watch the weight fall right off of you.

8.You will probably be eating much less than you otherwise would. That's okay, as long as you are eating whenever you get hungry, and are eating enough to assuage your hunger. Different people need different amounts of calories. Obey your body!

9. Be sure to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. They fill you up and help speed up your metabolism (plus your body depends on all the nutrients in fruits and vegetables to function correctly; you will feel much better if you eat plenty of fresh, preferably organic, fruits & veggies!)

10. Exercise is key. All this is right, but you need to exercise in order to stay fit. Be sure to take a multi-vitamin too!
